Radware (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of Internet Traffic Management (ITM) solutions enabling continuous access to Web sites, IP applications and content, today announced the signing of a reseller agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ).
Under the terms of the agreement, Compaq's Professional Services Division will add Radware's entire suite of products to its services portfolio. This will enable Compaq to offer network solutions with fault tolerance, redundancy, high availability and maximum performance.

Compaq customers will benefit from Radware's unique product feature set that facilitates ease of integration into Compaq's architecture and e-infrastructure. In addition, the incorporation of Radware's ITM devices will allow network administrators utilizing Compaq's services to enhance their system or work on the existing infrastructure void of service interruptions with the redundancy afforded by multiple Radware products.
