Radware’s Innovative Website Earns Silver Award in “Best Structure and Navigation” and “Computer Software” Categories
Radware, (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions for business-smart networking, announced today that it has won two Silver Awards from the International Academy of Visual Arts. The W³ Awards honor creative excellence on the web and selected Radware.com as the Website of choice in the computer software and structure and navigation categories.
Over 3,000 submissions were considered for the 2008 awards. The W³ awards, sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, is an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms. IAVA members include executives from organizations such as Alloy, Coach, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Estee Lauder, HBO, Monster.com, MTV, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Victoria’s Secret, Wired, Yahoo!, and many others.
“We are pleased to be recognized by the W³ Awards for the outstanding quality of our creative and technical work,” said Christine Aruza, Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Radware. “In an industry that is driven by innovation and speed, we are extremely honored that our Website was recognized for its clean design and intuitive navigation.”
In a move to energize its image and reinforce corporate and product branding, Radware made a complete overhaul of its website. The project covered all aspects of the site – inside and out including – infrastructure, information architecture, taxonomy, content management system and document rationalization as well as the actual content and creative aspects of the site. The main objective was to enhance usability, providing an innovative forum with easy access to diverse resources of information on the company’s, solutions, expertise and activities. The new web site, unveiled early 2008, now provides a refreshed layout and tailored content for all visitor profiles – including prospects, customers, partners, investors, analysts and employees.
“We were amazed at the caliber and quality of work received this year. Our winners continue to push the envelope of internet creativity and web design, and it is gratifying to see such great work from the smallest agencies to the biggest firms” said Linda Day, the director of the IAVA. “On behalf of the International Academy of the Visual Arts, we are honored to recognize our winners as they continue to set a high standard of excellence for web development.”
