Adtech Global's expertise around the Verint Impact 360 platform and IP Load Balancing will enable seamless integrations, support and service for Verint customers
Radware® (NASDAQ: RDWR), a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, announces that Adtech Global, a long-time Verint partner and IP integrator, is the first certified Radware partner to resell Alteon® load balancers, integrating and supporting them with Verint’s Impact 360 Recording solution.
Radware’s Alteon 5224 SIP load balancing solution was adapted and certified for the Verint recording solution to provide a complete set of services to ensure availability, performance and scalability of mission-critical applications in the data and call centers. Adtech Global intends to improve and streamline the service and support aspects of these joint solutions.
